Jack Bouvier’s path into real estate started the way many great investment journeys do: with a book.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, Jack became fascinated with the power of real estate to build long-term wealth and financial freedom. That curiosity quickly turned into action. He purchased his first off-market property with family members and began building a small investment portfolio in Saskatoon.

Around the same time, Jack was working alongside his brother’s contracting company, where he regularly met contractors looking for help renovating and selling their properties. Seeing the opportunity to combine his interest in investing with helping others make smart property decisions, he decided to obtain his real estate license and move into the sales side of the business.

Today, Jack works closely with both investors and everyday buyers and sellers. His approach is highly relationship-driven and built around understanding each client’s long-term goals. By combining data-driven insights, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication, Jack helps his clients make confident decisions that support their financial future.

Having invested in real estate himself, Jack understands the numbers behind a deal and the strategy required to build wealth through property. Whether clients are buying their first home, selling a property, or expanding an investment portfolio, his focus is always on helping them achieve the best possible outcome.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Jack now calls the Okanagan home. The region’s outdoor lifestyle, vibrant food scene, and milder climate made the move an easy decision. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll most likely find him outdoors biking, hiking, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding, or enjoying the lakes and mountains that make the Okanagan so special.

Jack is also passionate about health and personal development. He enjoys staying disciplined with workouts, cold plunges, sauna sessions, and learning about longevity and performance. Lately, he’s even taken up baking his own sourdough bread as a gluten-friendly experiment.
